1.1 Lymn Media AB, reg. no. 559505-4833 ("Lymn Media"), operates the website aival.se ("Website") and applies these general terms and conditions with any changes according to section 1.4 ("General Terms") for the use of the Service (see definition in point 2).

1.2 The current General Terms and the Privacy Policy are available at aival.se.

1.3 By using the Service, the user confirms that they have read the General Terms and accept them.

1.4 Lymn Media has the unilateral right to change the General Terms. Any changes take effect from when they are published on the Website in accordance with point 1.2.

2. The Service

2.1 Lymn Media provides an online service at www.aival.se ("Service") that makes it easier for the user to find, compare, and access information about various AI tools, speakers, articles, and related content.

2.2 The Service does not mean that Lymn Media provides or sells the products or services presented on the Website. Any purchases, orders, or agreements are made directly between the user and the external supplier.

3. Account

3.1 If the Website offers the opportunity to create an account, the purpose is to give the user access to saved information, newsletters, offers, or other relevant content within the framework of Lymn Media's activities.

3.2 The account is valid until further notice and can be terminated by both parties with immediate effect. You can request that your account be deleted at any time via aival.se/contact.

5. Information and Prices

5.1 Information about tools, features, offers, and prices on the Website is obtained from external suppliers and sources. Lymn Media strives to ensure that all information is correct, complete, and up-to-date but cannot guarantee that all information is always error-free.

5.2 Any offers, promotions, or prices displayed on the Website come from respective suppliers and apply according to their own terms.

6. Cookies

7. Protected Content

7.1 All material on the Website belongs to Lymn Media or the suppliers with whom we collaborate. It is not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or publish content from the Website without written permission from Lymn Media.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Lymn Media is only liable for faults in the Service caused by gross negligence on Lymn Media's part.

9.1 Lymn Media is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill its obligations under these General Terms if this is due to circumstances beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen or overcome, such as war, natural disasters, government decisions, labor market conflicts, or similar events.

10. Subcontractors

10.1 Lymn Media has the right to employ subcontractors to fulfill its obligations under these General Terms. However, Lymn Media is responsible for the performance of these subcontractors as for its own.

11. Dispute

11.1 Disputes between Lymn Media and users shall primarily be resolved by agreement. If the dispute cannot be resolved in this manner, it shall be decided by a Swedish court according to Swedish law.
